You strike with your main weapon and may stun the enemy, leaving them open to follow-up attacks.

On success, the target takes 9 slashing damage and has 50% chance to gain stun on hit for 3.5 rounds.

Targets: your current combat target, or the lowest-level nearby NPC when no combat target is available.
