On success, the target takes 10.5 fire damage.

Energy cost: 18 energy points.
Preparation time: 5 seconds.
Cooldown: 3 seconds.
Targets: your current combat target, or the lowest-level nearby NPC when no combat target is available.

Abilities are usually associated with classes and can be used by players and non-player characters. Most abilities must be learned first, and some become stronger when you invest points in them. Ability scrolls grant a limited number of uses, even if you have not learned the ability.
