You call upon the power of the sun to unleash a blinding burst of radiant energy, scorching your enemy. The light is so intense that it has a chance to blind them as well.

On success, the target takes 12 radiant damage and has 25% chance to gain blind on hit for 4.5 rounds.

Cooldown: 3 seconds.
Targets: your current combat target, or the lowest-level nearby NPC when no combat target is available.
This ability can be advanced to 5 points.
