MudGate gameplay and how to play

MudGate sends you through handcrafted realms and generated dungeons filled with enemies, puzzles, secrets, and tactical choices.

The game is turn-based. Each turn lasts 2 seconds, giving you time to attack, use abilities, move, or react.

Actions use dice notation such as d20. The game log shows the results, so you can see what happened and plan your next move.

Line of sight and perception matter. Careful players can spot hidden objects, threats, and opportunities before they become problems.

Strength, dexterity, vitality, perception, and luck shape combat, health, exploration, and dice rolls. Improving the right stats helps your character fit your playstyle.
