Shield Knights are armored defenders who use strength, vitality, and shield discipline to protect allies and control the battlefield.

Shield Knights grew from the defenders who held Icemire's gates during the first failures. They train in heavy armor, shields, and close combat because offense and defense must work together when a line cannot break.
