Character builds in MudGate
A character build brings together your race, class, stats, abilities, weapons, and armor. These choices shape how you fight, support allies, and explore.
Choose a class role
- Shield Knight: an armored defender who protects allies and controls the battlefield.
- SunSeeker: a cleric who combines attacks with healing and protection.
- Time Tinkerer: a specialist who changes combat timing and creates openings.
- Shadow Stalker: a stealth specialist built around observation and precise attacks.
- Thunder Fist: a martial fighter who uses fast, forceful attacks and sustained pressure.
Develop your build
- Stats support different forms of combat, survival, and exploration.
- Abilities add actions with their own energy costs, targets, preparation times, and cooldowns.
- Weapons and armor change your attacks and protection.
- Playable races add another choice before the journey begins.
Progress through levels
Mortal levels grant stats and abilities. Eternal levels continue character growth through harder challenges and stronger rewards.
Epic levels focus on equipment and bonuses. Base stats stop increasing after level 29, but gear, abilities, and temporary effects can keep improving your character.
